The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2012 results were declared online at 03:00 hours of Wednesday, 9 January 2013. However the aspirants of this prestigious examination which opens the gateway to high profile business management schools, including Indian Institute of Management (IIM), did face some problems initially in accessing the results. The results were actually supposed to be declared at 00:00 hours, but were actually made open at 03:00 AM. But a technical glitch on the server side could only allow the user login at around 4:15 AM only.
The test was conducted over 21 days window in Oct-Nov of 2012 in 36 designated cities across the country, with about 1.91 lakhs choosing to appear for the online test out of about 2.14lakh candidates who registered for the test. CAT 2012 was coordinated by IIM Kozikode.
CAT 2012 result will be available on the official site until 31st December 2013. Students may use registration number and email id for login to access their results.
