B.Tech (Food Technology & Management) – 4 years regular
Eligibility
- Passing in 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum average of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology (PCMB). Candidates awaiting the results or appeared in Class XII may also apply. They will required to produce results in the counseling.
- Should be completing the age of 17 years on 31 December of the year of admission.
Selection Process
The selection of the students will be done by National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) based on all India rank in Engineering Entrance examination prescribed by Govt. of India.

Selection Process
- Merit formed by adding valid GATE score to marks obtained in an interview conducted by NIFTEM.
- Non-GATE candidates (for seats if remaining) on the basis of an entrance test and interview to be conducted by NIFTEM.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply in prescribed application form, downloadable from NIFTEM Website along with information brochure. The form and the brochure can also be obtained by post on a written request made to the admissions cell along with a DD of Rs. 350 towards brochure fee and postal charges.
