United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF) announced to hold “US University Fair” in 5 cities across India starting from 3 November through 11 November 2012. Students will now be able to get in-depth knowledge about the colleges in US, visa process, fees structure etc. apart from students may now get their queries answered directly by the authorities from the participating universities in the US.
About 50 US universities are going to participate in the fair. They will provide the students with their programs ranging from undergraduate, graduate and doctorate level.
The schedule of US University Fair in five metropolitan cities is as under -
- Delhi – 3 November 2012 – The Lalit Hotel
- Bangalore – 4 November 2012 – Hotel Lalit Ashok
- Hyderabad – 7 November 2012 – Taj Krishna Hotel
- Chennai – 10 November 2012 – Le Royal Meridien
- Mumbai – 11 November 2012 – JW Marriott Hotel
This fair will be organised in partnership with the Institute of International Education. A consular officer from the US Embassy will give complete information about the students’ visa process and students can also meet admission officers and get information about their programs of interest, standardised tests and financial aid.
